Acceptance

By using test-suite.digital or enrolling in a Test Suite lesson, clinic, or coaching session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a place.

About our services

Test Suite provides educational training in technical analysis with a focus on entry and exit timing. We do not provide personal financial product advice under Australian law, do not manage client funds, and do not guarantee trading results. Past chart examples are for instruction only.

Bookings and payment

Places are confirmed when we accept your enquiry and, where required, when the stated deposit or invoice is paid. Pricing on the site is informational. Specific fees are confirmed in writing before payment.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, checklists, slide decks, and site content remain the property of Test Suite. You may use materials for your personal study. You may not copy, resell, or teach from them commercially without written permission.

Conduct in sessions

Participants must treat others with respect, keep other traders’ charts confidential when asked, and avoid recording sessions without consent. We may remove a participant who disrupts the room, with refund treatment following the refund policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Test Suite is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions you make after attending training. Our total liability for a booked service is limited to the fees paid for that service.

Website use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or misuse contact forms. Site content may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Brisbane have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
