Refund Policy

Scope

This policy covers fees paid for Test Suite lessons: Entry & Exit Mastery workshops, Open Chart Clinics, Private Timing Coaching, and agreed team half-days. It does not cover brokerage, data feeds, or third-party software you buy separately.

Eligibility window

Refund requests should be emailed to [email protected] within 14 days of payment for unused services, or as soon as you know you cannot attend a dated session.

Full refunds

  • Workshop or clinic cancelled by Test Suite
  • Payment taken in error for a duplicate booking
  • Request received more than 7 full days before a dated workshop or clinic, where your seat can be released

Partial refunds

  • Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before a dated workshop: 50% of the fee
  • Coaching packages where some sessions are already delivered: unused hours refunded at the package hourly rate, minus any stated package discount already applied

Non-refundable items

  • Clinics or workshops missed without notice (no-show)
  • Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of start time (except serious illness or emergency documented in writing)
  • Digital workbook access after a workshop has begun
  • Deposits clearly marked non-refundable on the invoice when a seat is held against limited capacity

Work already started

If a private coaching engagement has begun, fees for completed sessions are not refundable. Remaining prepaid hours follow the partial refund rules above.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a private session once without fee if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Workshop seats may be moved to the next published date once, subject to availability; further moves are treated as a cancellation under the timelines above.

Process and timing

Email [email protected] with your name, booking reference or invoice number, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
