Why we use it
To answer enquiries, confirm session places, issue invoices, improve the clarity of our teaching materials, and meet legal record-keeping duties.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept up to 24 months unless a longer relationship continues. Invoices and financial records are retained for seven years as required for Australian business records. Analytics data, if enabled after consent, is kept in aggregate form for up to 26 months.
