About Test Suite

A Brisbane practice dedicated to teaching when a technical setup is ready — and when it is finished.

Why we exist

Many traders can name a pattern on a quiet Sunday chart. Fewer can wait for the retest on Monday, place a stop where the idea is wrong, and leave when the timing has done its job. Test Suite was formed to practise those moments deliberately, not to sell a signal service or a new indicator.

Origin

The practice started in Brisbane after years of desk-side mentoring for ASX and FX traders who kept asking the same timing questions: Is this pullback deep enough? Do I exit into the first resistance or wait for structure to fail? We turned those conversations into workshops, clinics, and private coaching with written plans as the constant.

How we work

Sessions stay small. Charts stay real. We prefer marking levels by hand before opening an order ticket. Feedback is specific — candle location, distance to invalidation, time spent in the trade — rather than motivational talk about “discipline.”

Values that show up in the room

  • Clarity before size — if the entry rule is fuzzy, the position stays paper until it is not.
  • Invalidation as a place, not a feeling — stops sit where the structure breaks, not where the pain starts.
  • Exit as a plan — targets and time stops are written with the entry, then adjusted only by structure.
  • Local honesty — Australian market hours, local holidays, and the pace of ASX liquidity matter in our examples.

Relationship with clients

We teach and review. We do not manage accounts, solicit deposits, or claim foresight about tomorrow’s close. If a lesson is not the right fit, we say so and point you toward a clinic or a quieter study path.
